Have y'all seen that romper stomper girl that beat that those two girls asses at that Morgan Wallen concert because they were trying to beat up her mama? Well, I know it's you know, I guess it's improper for a lady to beat someone's ass outside the porta potty. But this chick here, I was like, dang girl, we needed you. Whenever this old Jesse was free in society because she put a whooping on those two people.

4:30 I think she and I miss Romper Stomper and kJ should be given free rein to go after this Jesse Tim and day Quass and I think that we could give him an ass whipping of a lifetime. So if you're listening, Romper Stomper, I want you to know you have my full support me and you can put on our white boots and go handle some business, okay, because this dude here, he needed it. I know, if you were listening last episode, you know, I covered how Megan was killed. A little seven year old just did not deserve what she got. I gave the sickening details of what all her killer, you know, said happened. And basically his name was Jesse Tim and Daiquas and he killed Megan Kanka and initially he did deny the crime, but eventually he did, you know, admit, you know, okay, fine, I did it. And that's whenever he as a you know, quick recap led all the authorities to go find her corpse which was left in Mercer County Park and that was July thirtieth, nineteen ninety four. So over the course of multiple interviews Tim and day Quass, he kept telling the detectives, look, you know, I didn't do it.

5:27 I don't know where she is. And then finally he admitted, all right, yeah, I have a puppy, and I invited her into come see the new puppy, and once she was inside, he slapped her before he started sexually assaulting her. And then he admitted that he strangled Megan to keep her from telling her mother that he had quote unquote touched her. So that's kind of the quick recap of the last episode. Now, this was another statement that I found that made me sick. But in a statement that he made two law enforcement he also was quoted as saying that he walked Megan past the sleeping Miss Chiffelli. And if you remember mischief ellis in her seventies. I think she was seventy two, I said, and she owned the home that Jesse lived in, and she was sleeping on the couch, an elderly lady. Well, he walked Megan past the sleeping mischief Elly and led him led her to his room, and when asked about that, he was quoted as saying, of Mischiefelli, who could barely see her here that quote unquote, she was an old woman who sleeps through anything. So he felt that confident to take this child off the street, sneak her into this home, past that sleeping old woman who could you know, have told on him to under the guise of having a puppy for him to see, so that he could brutally sexually assault her, which is raping her just to let you know coming up, and then you know, kill her because he just didn't want her mom to find out. So obviously he is just a great member of society that we had walking amongst us. And the other tidbit that he

6:59 added, are you ready for your skin to just crawl? He said that he'd been watching Megan play for a while. He'd been watching her. This is like a predator. This is like a lion in the in the you know, in the grass, and he's watching that that that, you know, baby gazelle. He's watching it with the intent of being able to do something with it. That excited him. And he said, I had been watching her and this is a direct quote he said, I would get sweaty palms and my heart would race. This is looking at a pre pubescent child. Okay, he's sick. So someone who was able to give even more insight to what Megan went through during that event, because Jesse's not telling the truth, I mean, he's gonna he's gonna minimize, minimize, even when he admits that he did something to where he's still minimizing. Was the Mercer County Medical Examiner and his name was doctor Rafat Ahmad, and he is who performed the autopsy of little Megan. And doctor Ahmad's records indicated that he found many injuries and other related issues on Megan's little body, and among those findings were some of the following. I wanted to list out to you. I think that, you know, the media acts like they're trying to give be decent sometimes and even though their podcasts I listened to that the podcasters have irritated me because they try to they try to minimize what it is or clean it up for you so that it's not too offensive. But the reality is the offense should be taken because what happened to them is so damn offensive. You

8:33 know what I mean, so one of the things was particual hemorrhaging, and that was found in both of her little eyes. And this is usually a red flag, right, So it's a red flag for strangulation, which makes sense because he even said, oh, he had taken that belt and pulled her back into the room with that belt, right. And I even got irritated when I was recording last session because I told you what, he just happened to randomly grab the belt and lasso who are back into the room. No, he had that belt because he planned to use it. It was sexual stimulus for him. So what exactly is meant by particular hembrhaging? I thought I should tell you. So tiny blood vessels called your capillaries. They linked the smallest part of your arteries to the smallest parts of your veins, right, So we're getting like really down into the micro of how your body works and the PATIKII form when those capillaries bleed, basically they're leaking blood into the skin. And what causes this? I mean, there are multiple things that could cause it, one of them being prolonged straining. Right, So if you're being strangled to death and you're straining and you're trying to breathe, maybe straining when you're trying to throw up. I'll never forget. When I was a kid, we had two neighbors or names were David and Brian, and little Brian. I went and knocked on the door to see if they could play, and when he opened the door, he scared the hell out of me because his eyes were all bloodshot, and he had all these little like they were all busted in his eyes and around his eyes he had the little speckled dots, and I was like, what the hell happened to you?

9:56 And he had been throwing up so bad that he had patitia on his face. But medicines can do it too, and certain medical conditions can as well, but in this case, strangulation was the cause. And I want you to know, if you are a follower of mine on Facebook, I'm gonna put some pictures of particular hemorrhaging. They're they're they're pretty safe for you for anybody to look at, but for my patron members, I'm gonna put some additional information on strangulation and some more difficult photos for you to look at that will really show that PATQUII and that hemorrhage and what the doctor is talking about when it comes to strangulation. So laws make it really really clear, y'all that strangulation is a very personal offense. You know, It's not like pulling a trigger at somebody and you're far away that and you're dropping them.

10:45 I mean, this is something that is manually done. I mean your two hands. What is more personal than your two hands and the touch of another right, So the laws are very clear at how personal this is. Because manual strangulation is mentioned in our laws. And this is also known as throttling. If you ever research this or you are familiar with domestic abuse cases that involves strangulation, but it's a type of asphyxial death where basically the perpetrator is going to use their hands to encircle and compress the front and the sides of the neck. I mean they are strangling literally the life out of you. And strangulation means intentionally impeding the normal breathing or circulation of the blood by applying that pressure on the neck or on the throat and blocking the nose or the mouth in the process. And I have a visual of that I found from my teachings that I thought was so good at showing it that if you imagine that Jesse was on top of little Meg and right trying to get her to shut up, but also getting that excitement from the strangulation and the power control and the power complex of having the control to take away her life or snuff it out. And you know, the hand being basically placed if you're watching the video right now of me being placed over the face but also over the nose and push him toward that person's having soul looks cruel, brooding, you know, and she's just a kid. Doctor Maud also found a ligature mark on the neck, and that's we would expect that, and that's consistent with

12:16 that leather belt that was found in Jesse's room that he says that he just randomly lassoed her with basically to pull her back in the room, which are called total bullshit on she's a seven year old kid. You don't you don't need a belt, Why do you need a belt? Take your hands and pull her back into the room if you needed to, which I'm not condoning either, but the belt was for him, and it was for fun and was sick. Additional autopsy finding show that Megan had bruising and contusions under her little chin. So why would this be? Okay, it's not enough for me to just say that she had bruising and some bobos under her chin. Why would that be? And doctor Amud wouldn't even further and confirmed that this sort of injury would be consistent with an object or a hand being placed on Megan's neck. This is so personal. He's pushing up on her, trying to shut her up as well as strangle her. It's sadistic. Another thing this, in addition to that ligature mark, Megan had received a blunt trauma to her eye, all right, her little tiny eye. And to be crystal clear of what that means, because to say she had a blunt trauma to her eye, okay, great, I want to be crystal clear about what that means. That means a grown ass man, a whole man, used his fist to punch a seven year old girl in the face. Like let that sink in. He punched a little girl with full force straight into

13:50 her eye. Or it could have been he took an object and hit her as hard as he could in her eye. It's a baby, it's a kid in my mind, y'all. It's so painfully clear that he was in an absolute frenzy and that Megan was in a frenzy. She was struggling with everything that she had to save her own life. And doctor Ahmad would agree with that because if you look at his documentation, he also says, not only was there the ligature and was there you know, the particulal hemorrhaging and all of that, he also documented that there was bruising on her back, all over her back, There was bruising on her arms, and there was also bruising on her legs, her entire body basically, and that indicates that Megan had been grabbed all she had been held with force, and she was held on her back by someone aka Jesse, while he put his full weight on top of her. It's just a sickening thought, but I want you to think about it, don't block it out, because that's what that baby went through while he's over here trying to minimize what he did. And doctor Matt even said that the abrasions could have okay, you use your imagination here, been caused by being held down and that rubbing against the carpet, that thrusting on the carpet because he had thrown her down on that floor. Now, I want to add something to this. If you are not already horrified,

15:22 if you're not already just sickened by what a grown man did to a little girl, get ready for this. This absolute piece of shit, waste of space man did even more to her. That is just literally unspeakable and unconscionable. I haven't even told you about her internal wounds. And I don't mean a broken heart, which I'm sure she did have. Megan had been so brutalized that she had internal bruises on her colan, her colon. Y'all have your your anus, your rectum, and then your colon. She had internal bruising to her colon. She also had bruising internally to her right kidney.

16:15 This baby was hurt, he says. A lot of this also took place. Doctor Maud says, because there were several blows, several blows in conjunction with that weight on top of her. He was beating the hell out of this little girl. And then, to add further insult to injury, he is sexually brutalizing her. He's raping her. There was a tear in her hoymonal margin and penetration of her vagina caused by both or one or the other finger or penis. That's why he said, Oh, and I decided to just fondle her before I dumped her body in the woods. That's why he said that. He's trying to explain that away. But he violated this baby in the worst of ways. The kuta graw of this ends, in my opinion, with the tears. She had two tears to the mucosa that was covering her little anus, her booty. And what would cause this, as described by the doctor, penetration by a penis to be absolutely clear anal rape. So this little girl, if she had not had enough of being punched in the eye, strangled by a belt, internal injuries, scratching,

17:49 bruising her chin's torn up. If all of that wasn't enough, she also suffered suffered hemorrhaging caused by three other separate blows to the head with a blunt object. It's sick. It wasn't an accident. He was a predator. He lured her in by the thought of petting a puppy and then turned into an absolute ravenous animal and destroyed this little girl's body, not to mention, took her life. So let's go into cause and manner of death, because I want to make sure you understand they're not the same thing. Cause of death. Okay, cause of death is going to be the underlying medical condition, disease, or injury that began or begins a lethal chain of events that result in their death. So doctor Ahmad concluded that the cause of death of little seven year old Megan was mechanical strangulation with a belt, that leather belt.

18:52 It constricted the oxygen to her brain and it caused brain death within three two four minutes. That plastic bag hastened but did not cause her death. So he can say that she coughed, maybe it was the body making a noise. Maybe he thought he you know, that happened. The plastic bag played a role, But her death is a result of that strangulation. He sucked the life from her little body. That's different from the manner of death because a manner of death is going to describe how the death occurred or you know, the way that it occurred. So was it a homicide, was it a suicide, was it accidental? Was it natural? Or was it undetermined. They couldn't figure it out. And in this instance, Megan's manner of death was homicide, which, by the way, homicide does not mean murder. I need everyone to know that too. Homicide just means unnatural death.

19:51 In this case, it's murder. But murder is a legal term. It's not a medical term. So you'll never see someone diagnosed by the like I'm trying to say, They're never diagnosed as murderer. You know, they're diagnosed as death by you know, strangulation, asphyxiation. Murder is the legal term, and you know fourteen thirty, you know criminal title statue whatever. You know fourteen which is criminal and then murder. So let's go back to the interrogation room. Taco Bell, anyone, if you remember the ending last last time, it's really, really, really hard to have a good time during interrogation. It's like eating Taco Bell. You're about to shit your pants. Right, So Detective Stanley got a copy of the autopsy and he immediately re read his Jesse his Miranda rights, and again Jesse waived his rights.

20:42 That's when Stanley told him that based on the autopsy reports, he knew that Jesse was not telling him everything. He said he knew about the sexual assault, and he said, I know about the blunt trauma to the head. So maybe you ought to talk Jesse, Maybe you need to explain a little bit more because you've been lying ever since you got in here, and lying biomission counts. So it's at this point Jesse says, all right, yes, I did a sexually assaulted her, But I want to be crystal clear. I don't like them saying he's sexually assaulted her because he raped her. I mean, it's it's such a church it up statement. No, bro, you raped her a seven year old child. Like, let's get to the nut cutting here. It's it's like when people call people, you know, people, undocumented aliens. I'm not going political here. I'm just saying that's one hundred percent a church up, one hundred percent a church up of this statement, because you're saying illegally in this country, that's what undocumented means.

21:40 You can change the wording all you want to, it doesn't take away from the reality or the scope of what you're dealing with. This child was raped, her innocence was stolen. I don't like assault doesn't do it for me, and it's at this point Detective Stanley then took who is now going to be referred to as not the suspect but the defendant, and said, I need your formal statement right now. What is your formal statement? And you know, he obviously was arrested and they're going to have a trial. So the statement was originally was eventually read to the jury at trial because the substance of the statement was a huge factor because he attempted to lie differently through each statement, right, So I want to I want to tell you all a little side story real quick, Okay. I took my students to Angola this past week, right our local, our prison, our big prison and the biggest, you know prison in the state of Louisiana. It's all male maximum security penitentiary. And on the way, they are grabbing my microphone.

22:42 I took him on an air condition bus because y'all alwayshid outside, right, And I said, I want y'all to listen whenever we get to go in and speak to these inmates speakers, because they're going to tell you some things, but I guarantee you they will lie to you, and a lie by omission is still a lie. And the kids are like, you're you're real confident on that. I said, I'll bet my paycheck, which is nothing because I'm a teacher, right, but I'll bet my paycheck. They're gonna lie to you. Watch watch it happen. I have no clue who our speakers are going to be. I have no clue what they're gonna talk about, but watch it happen. So we go and we get into the church right to speak to these to these inmates, and one of the inmates, I'm not gonna name him. I'm probably gonna do an episode on it though, but he spoke to the students and he kind of took over. He was kind of the main one, and he's telling his story right, and he's a changed man, and his truth is in that he tells the truth and tells them what happened, and he owns it and he messed up and he was a drug addict and he shouldn't have done it and blot deep deep da great. So then we get back to the school and I did some research and I found the actual parole meeting, the Pearl board, his last parol board meeting that he went up against, and the next class period that I had the kids. I said, all right, well, let's go ahead now and watch this parole board meeting. Now, the guy had told the students, hey, I killed a girl. I did. I was there, my friend killed her, and then I helped him hide the body.

24:12 And the kids were horrified by that. But what was interesting to them was whenever, in his own words we watched him tell the pearol board what he did, he wasn't that he helped his friend kill the girlfriend who he tried to force to have a threesome with him. A ka. I think they tried to rape her and then she tried to get away and they freaked out because they realized that she was going to tell on him, and he went outside. He bashed her brains in with a fricking cinder block, stabbed her to death, stuffed her body in a car, and then went to hide the body. That's a little different than what he told the students.

24:52 It's kind of like, Jesse here, leave leave the real bad sex stuff out of it, right, We'll just talk about me hurting some No, because you know that you're a predator. You are a predator in every sense of the word, and it should keep parents on their toes, So I'm doing this episode. So here's the main information. In the final statement, which changes substantially from Jesse's original claims, you're ready for this, he says, when Megan tried to leave his room, a struggle ensued. As she fell to the floor, she hit her head on the door frame and her face on the dresser. So I'm wondering at what freaking trajectory this kid was trying to leave that she went flying into a doorframe and then somehow bounced off of a doorframe into a dresser. The force behind that it seems quite incredible.

25:41 Jesse then slapped Megan's face, causing her mouth to bleed. He pulled her pants down and tried unsuccessfully to penetrate her vaginally with his penis. When not a little bit different than what he originally said happened, he penetrated her with his fingers instead. The defendant denied trying to penetrate the victim anally, but are you ready for this? But in this is a direct quote, it may have slipped while trying to penetrate her vaginally. What what? Oh, it was an accident, because the vaginal rape is not as bad as the anal rape. Is that where we're at right now of the seven year old child that you're you're beating the shit out of. Is that where we're at. And during this time he says that she was unconscious but breathing, And he says she was still breathing after he put the bags over her head.

26:40 Now, forensics would play a role in this in this trial of Jesse, because they did analysis of the evidence found at the scene. And this is the following things or what was mentioned in addition to all the horrid things that he did to her. That toolbox that he was actually a child's toy box. So if you saw my picture a few days ago on Facebook where it was a toybox, I think a lot of people thought I was going to be talking about another another case, But no, he took that child's toy box and turned it into a toolbox. And in my personal opinion, that's on purpose. He liked that child's toy box. I don't know a grown man alive that would want to take a toy box to turn it into a toolbox. But he takes that toolbox and forensically in his truck it contained an Alan wrench, which was similar to the wrenches that were found near Megan's body because they did find some tools next to where her body was dumped.

27:34 An investigator from the FBI DNA Unit Analysis Unit did an alpha poly marker test on the rugs from his bedroom and he concluded that Megan's markers were consistent with two of the rug samples. Basically, her blood was there. Her DNA and blood stains found on Jesse's belt were consistent with Megan's DNA markers. And then to just seal it up, over ninety nine percent of the Caucasian population would have been excluded from the possibility of matching Megan's DNA markers. It was hers, it wasn't anybody else's DNA. Now, there was insufficient seminal fluid to perform a DNA test on those anal swabs. But I don't I don't need semen. That's not what determines in my heart what a rape is.

28:26 Sorry, maybe he can't get it up, you know. So a forensic chemist and a forensic scientist analyzed the trace evidence that they found, and they concluded that the shorts and the garbage that that detective found contained fibers. Chemically and physically consistent with the fibers on Jesse's bedroom rug, a sleeping bag, and in the lent trap of Jesse's dryer. Kind of weird, huh. Why would the shorts of Megan have the same fibers from the lint trap fibers found on his sweatpants. Jesse's sweatpants matched those taken from Megan's blouse, and over thirty hairs were found near Jesse's bed, on a dishcloth, on the carpet, and in the black felt cloth that had the same physical and microscopic qualities as Megan, so her hair was even pulled out everywhere. There were four head hairs on Megan's blouse that were consistent with Jesse's hair and were excluded.

29:41 They were absolutely excluded to be as Cheffeli's or Jennen's. Their DNA the other two men that lived in the house was nowhere on there. And then a pubic hair on Megan's blouse compared favorably to Jesse's as well. And understand this, if they don't have the root, that changes thing, because they won't have that I guess molecular DNA, but they're never gonna say it's on one hundred percent match because nothing usually he's one hundred percent. Maybe give you ninety nine point nine. The forensic chemist examined the fluid evidence found and there was blood on Jesse's bedsheets, the black belt, and the swabs taken from the bedroom door, as well as oral and anal swabs taken from Megan.

30:23 And they found DNA also on Megan's blouse and on one of her little earrings. Okay, so Son sealed delivered, he is ours. We got him. There's no there's no other guy. He did it. And then this was especially infuriating to me. Detective Stanley said that after Jesse signed the last statement that he wrote, Jesse said something to him and he described it that the detective described it as a flat and unemotional tone when he said it. Jesse, see Tim and Daquass told the detective that he felt he had been quote unquote slipping for a while and quote unquote getting those feelings for little girls for a couple of weeks or a couple of months. Well, guys and gals that are listening, this is where I dropped the bombshell on you, the absolute reason for Megan's law. How would you feel right Now if I told you that all three men, all three living in Mischiefelli's home, were known sex offenders, and by known I mean convicted sex offenders. Yep, that's right, all of them. And what better roommate for a sickly, elderly woman and her seventies who can't do much to them? Who makes a

31:57 better roommate than that? No one in the neighborhood knew that Joe Chaffelli, Mischafelli's son, and the two friends who had just moved in were a freaking pedophilia fraternity. For lack of a better term, they were alumni of a place called Avenel. You know what that is. That's the facility in New Jersey for sex offenders. Convicted sex offenders. Go there and guess what, that's where these frat boys met. Guess what else? I found out Two of those guys were sleeping with each other. Remember how Chaffelli said, you're gonna need a guy on the outside. I can be that guy. Yeah, it's because Chaffelli was screwing Tim and Dick was two. They were sleeping with each other. They were freaking perverts from the from the word go.

32:57 And then to add even more to it Joseph Chaffelli. He lived in that house right, his mom owned it. Chaffelli had been charged with carnal abuse and sodomy of a five year old girl. To define it for you, carnal abuse genital contact between a male and a female minor, with or without penetration, and with or without the consent of the female. Now, by the way, that's going to be male children too. It just depends state by state and how it's written. Sodomy, sexual intercourse involving anal or oral copulation. What makes me insane is that he was convicted of three lesser offenses.

33:37 He pled guilty to those three counts, and you know what they were. They weren't They weren't the sex with a child with a baby. He pled guilty to three counts of impairing the morals of a miner. Okay, Well, where I come from. Impairing the morals of a minor sounds like he gave him a cigarette. It doesn't sound like he was trying to have sex with them, Okay, So his charges are pled down even though he's trying to rape children. The other roommate, Brian Jennen, also a convicted sex offender, he had molested two boys under the age of thirteen. And then we come to our fellow here, Jesse tim and Daiquas on October of nineteen seventy nine. So before he murdered Megan Kanka, he assaulted a five year old girl. And guess how he got that girl. And when I say assaulted, he sexually abused this little girl. He asked her to go look for ducks with him. His modus operandi is very obvious. He knows little girls like animals and he uses that to his benefit. He's a predator.

34:45 After he attacked that little girl, he agreed to plead guilty to attempted aggravated sexual assault. And it's aggravated because she's a baby, y'all, she's a child. But guess what he was offered. So we've got Chaffelli pleading down. Now he's offered a chance of what's called a suspended sentence, meaning it's just hanging over his head. He doesn't have to actually do it. And hear me here, no jail time if he would go to counseling. That's right. They felt that if he would just go get some counseling, I guess they can counsel the pervert out of him. But guess what, he never attended the therapy. You know why, because he's a pervert.

35:29 So that's why he ended up going to that Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center. And you want to know how much time he's spent for attempting to take the absolute innocence from a child before he did actually take it from Megan and murder her nine months, nine months after he was released. Guess what else he did. He enticed a seven year old girl to go walk in the nearby woods with him to talk about firecrackers, like, what are we doing as a society? What are we doing? He attacked her, He choked her, and he left her there for dead. And the only reason that she survived because, y'all, when she was found, her face was still blue.

36:16 The only reason she survived was because her mother found her unconscious but still alive when she went searching for her. Just like I've got goosebumps right now if you can. Just like little Megan's mama went searching for her but never found her, another mother almost met that same fate. So he pled guilty to attempted sexual contact and the maximum sentence for that charge ten years. Just because she didn't die doesn't mean it doesn't mean shit to me. He tried to, but ten years was the max sentence, and the judge on that case, on that instance right there, called Jesse a compulsive, repetitive sexual offender who, and this is a direct quote, constitutes a danger to the public at large and to young children in particular, and so he said, I will impose the full sentence because that judge could see right through it, he could see the writing on the walls. And that's when he was sent to that adult Diagnostic Treatments Center in Avenel, New Jersey, where he met those other two perverts, and when they were released, they moved in together.

37:23 It's a powerhouse of sexual offenders in one home. Those kids didn't stand a chance in that neighborhood. When Judge Judson Hamlin, who had imposed that maximum sentence, was asked later on he had spoken to the New York Times, he said, direct quote, I had no thought there was going to be some magic that was going to happen, and that's why I tried to warehouse him as long as I could. That judge did try to keep him locked up, but if the laws don't fit the crime, if the laws don't throw the book at these offenders who want to rape children, then we can't do anything about it. The judges hands are tied, those statutory provisions are laid out, so that meant he would actually only spend about seven to ten years at this center, and all he did was make more friends who liked to who liked to rape kids too. All three of these men had been released after doing horrendous things to kids. And something that I just cannot I can't say it enough to people who are listening, is that these fuckers are all around us, majority of them who haven't been caught. Hell y'all.

38:35 Just this week, I was reading the news and my parish, a nineteen year old mail was arrested because he had a teen in his possession from Pennsylvania. And when they went to go effect that arrest warrant on that teen, they found another missing fourteen year old girl from Pennsylvania who had been abducted and taken to my parish and was being sex trafficked. That's a nineteen year old doing that to a fourteen year old into another young team. It's everywhere we need to be afraid. We need to be worried. We need to call rapper stopper from the from the from the porta potties and start kicking people's asses. So let me explain this to you. I know you're probably right now going how the hell were three sex offenders living together? I want you to know something that's common. Now. It's actually common because they have problems.

I pulled some data this week and I want you to go look at it, and I'm going to show you this crap of where they live together. I've taken some screenshots and I'm gonna post those for you. They're from my local area.

You're going to be shocked when you see the number of how many there are in a five mile area. It's over a hundred, and then how multiple ones are howls together. Y'all got to go check it out. I'm also putting some information on there. It just depends on where you live. I want you, I want to encourage you be proactive for your kids. Go to your local sheriff's office websites. Go to the state police websites wherever you live. They have sex offender tracking programs there. It'll tell you where they live, it'll tell you what tier they are, one, two, or three, which there's different tier sex offenders. It'll tell you where they live next to you. And then if they show up or they try to hand out Halloween candy, or they try to do anything. Their asses can be locked back up. But we have to be proactive. We need to know the rules. They're not allowed to wear masks, let them get COVID.

Did you know that if they're offenders that they're not supposed to be around other kids, depending on how they're convicted. They don't need to be at your Christmas parties. You don't need to be sending them postcards with your kids on them, more holiday cards. No, you don't do that. And there's always going to be these people out there that think, oh, well he just got caught up wrong. You're you're missing the vote. So in the end, there was a trial and a jury found that the prosecution had proven both the aggravating factors and beyond a reasonable doubt, and they did sentence Jesse timid Aquas to death. And that should make you happy. He deserves it. So you remember that little that letter that little Megan was waiting on excitedly her friend was supposed to be sending her.

42:22 Well, it got delivered, but she never got to read it. Because she was dead. Just think about that she was dead. Her mother, Maureen Kanka said in nineteen ninety six, this is a quote. I have no problems opening my heart and crying and being personal with strangers as long as I can open somebody's eyes. So on May seventeenth, nineteen ninety six, just so you know, President Clinton signed a federal version of Megan's Law. Those states could set up their own parameters for that notification. The law required all states to have some sort of registry sex offenders available to the public so that people could know when a sex offender moved near by. And that is what Megan's Law is about. Sex offender registration. Go look at the people that are living around you. Find out where they are. And I'm not making a call to action or anything like that. Don't go, don't go attack these people, but be present, know where they are. Tell your kids to stay away from them for any reason. An update two.

43:30 On February eighth, twenty sixteen, the International Megan's Law to Prevent Child Exploitation and other sexual crimes through Advanced Notification of Traveling sex Offenders was signed into law by President Obama. And this is going to be referred to as the International Megan's Law, which orders registered sex offenders to report international travel travel prior to departure. A notice of conviction of sex offenses against a child is now also included in an offender's passport. That's great. Let everybody know. Also, did you know certain level Tier three sex offenders have to have sex offender on their license? Did you know that? Did you know that? One time I was teaching and I was doing duty. I went outside and I was flagging the car the traffic to get the kids out safely. And I looked down and I found a license in our school parking lot. And do you know that in red sex offender was across the top of that I d in our school parking lot. It's impressive. These pieces of paper are great, but they're reactive. They're not going to stop these people from hurting your children.

44:35 We have to be proactive in protecting our children. So I've also online. I'm going to be posting this week a how to to register in my local area, how to register for alerts of sex offenders. And you can sign up for this, but I want to encourage you just use my local area as a model to go find this in your area and be aware. I also want to tell you another thing, never underestimate the power of people who just don't get it. In our country, they don't get it. Meghan's Law and other laws that we're calling for. Sex offender registries and community notification have been facing challenges in courts, in our courts, challenges in our courts. Opponents to these laws. Do you know what their argument is?

45:29 It violates the you're ready, civil liberties of sex offenders, and it poses challenges to rehabilitation. And they argue that it consists of a secondary punishment for a crime they've already been convicted of. That's happening today, people who just don't get it. It's like domestic abuse. Why do we continue to punish someone who's beat the shit out there out of their old wife? You know why? Because they're going to do the same thing to their new wife. That's why. Why are we continuing to punish these sex off We're not They earned it. It's a badge. They should get a uniform, they should earn a barret, a merit badge. I abuse children, you know why?

The death penalty was later overturned in New Jersey, and so his sentence was overturned and it was commuted to a life sentence. So he gets to live. He gets to live while Megan is still dead, because there's people in this world that want to fight for that person that kills and rapes children. Unbelievable.

She should have a family, she should have a career, but she's forever seven while the taxpayers support that complete waste of space. I want to thank Megan because she paid the ultimate price and others like myself lived a childhood that was a little safer due to the changes that were made in her memory. And she is still affecting your children today and protecting them as well. Her parents are the ultimate MVPs of champion change for kids and their families. With regard to notification of sex offenders near your homes, you just don't understand the value of this. And the fact that these and I don't even want to call them men, but these quote unquote men were running freely amongst children is disgusting. The innocent cannot win against experienced evil, mark my words. That's why when it comes to sex offenders, I don't like repeat offenders. I like dead offenders.
